Products can be returned by private customers within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the products. If the delivery of a product consists of multiple shipments or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, received the last partial shipment. Deliveries to businesses are excluded from our return policy. Only when Carte Blanche receives the returned product(s) in perfect condition and original packaging, a refund of the full purchase cost can be made via bank transfer within 14 days. Return Conditions

Only when Carte Blanche receives the returned product(s) in perfect condition and original packaging, a refund of the full purchase price can be made.

We kindly ask you to return the products in their original packaging.

All returned products will be refunded provided they have not been used or damaged. Items damaged during the return process due to insufficient packaging may, at Carte Blanche's discretion, only receive a partial refund.

During the reflection period, you may open the packaging. And you can try or test the product, just like in a store. But you may not do more than necessary to assess the product. If the product loses value as a result, we may reduce the price upon return. You may not open a sealed package. Preferably, you leave the packaging as intact as possible. And when you return the product, you must also pack it well again.

There are some legally defined product groups that cannot be returned. Think of products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life; Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene; Products that are irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery by their nature; Sealed audio, video recordings, and computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery; The packaging of consumables, hygiene products, and erotic items may not be opened (batteries, dietary supplements, mouthpieces, etc.) Refund of the returned products will only take place after:

a) fulfillment of all necessary return conditions.
b) completion of the return form


From the delivery date, you have 14 calendar days to return a product and receive a refund for the paid order. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period of 14 working days has expired.

Return and Refund Procedure To receive a refund for the returned product, follow the step-by-step procedure as described below:

Step 1. Inform Carte Blanche

You must contact Carte Blanche to confirm the return of a product. To exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a refund for the paid order, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. To do this, fill out the return form. You are free to make any other unequivocal statement outlining your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

Step 2. Process the Return Order

After filling out the return form, our return department staff will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with the return address. This way, you can safely send your order without it getting lost. Please note that no address of Carte Blanche V.O.F. is suitable for returns. Contact customer service to return your product.

Step 3. Return Your Product

You return the product with Track & Trace to the merchant or to a person authorized by the merchant to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you received the address for returning your order. Send the Track & Trace number to our customer service.

Step 4. Get Your Money Back

Carte Blanche will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Carte Blanche will process the refund using the same payment method that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of such refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Shipping Costs in Case of Return

Carte Blanche will not bear the cost of returning the goods. Notwithstanding the above, Carte Blanche is not obligated to reimburse the additional costs if the consumer has expressly opted for a different method of delivery.

Refund for Wrong, Defective, Damaged, or Incomplete Products:

If you have received a wrong, defective, damaged, or incomplete product, a return form must be sent via email with photos of the received product. If the products are deemed defective, they may be refunded with a partial or full refund to the credit card or other applicable payment account. Please note that minor damages to the packaging are not considered as defects.
